Catering to the requirements of various biological labs and research institutes, our wide range of class ii biological safety cabinet, class iii biological safety cabinet and biosafety cabinets are widely in demand in the industry. These class ii biological safety cabinet and class iii biological safety cabinet have been designed and manufactured in compliance with international quality standards and known to deliver effective performance.

Class II Biological Safety Cabinet | Class II Biological Safety Cabinet: As indicated in the previous section selecting a class II biological safety cabinet must take into consideration a considerable number of factors which include, among others, the work being done within the cabinet, the facility requirement based on bio safety levels, the location of the cabinet within the laboratory itself, the installation requirements of the cabinet and the exhaust/ supply system(s) to both the laboratory and the cabinet, whether or not the cabinet is to be vented. | Send Enquiry |
Class III Biological Safety Cabinet | Class III Biological Safety Cabinet : As indicated in the previous section selecting a class iii biological safety cabinet must take into consideration a considerable number of factors which include, among others, the work being done within the cabinet, the facility requirement based on bio safety levels, the location of the cabinet within the laboratory itself, the installation requirements of the cabinet, and the exhaust/ supply system(s) to both the laboratory and the cabinet, whether or not the cabinet is to be vented. | Send Enquiry |
Biosafety Cabinets | The new recirculating range of vertical laminar flow cabinets are available in three different modules.
Class I Biological Safety Cabinet: The class I biosafety cabinets provides personnel and environmental protection, but no product protection. It is similar in air movement to a chemical fume but usually has a limited fixed work access opening and the exhaust air must be HEPA filtered, to protect the environment. The class I biosafety cabinets is designed for general microbial research with low-and moderate-risk agents. In addition, the work zone, which type is much smaller than a chemical fume hood, is geared to working with biological whose process/ producers dictates the use of moderate amounts of volatile liquids, that are suitable for recirculating cabinets.

Bio- Safety Cabinets Class II Type A2 | “Klonezone” class II A/B3 Bio hazard Safety Cabinets provide personnel, product, and environment protection. Class II Cabinets differ in the proportion as 70% air is re-circulated within the cabinet through high efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filtration. Velocity of airflow to the work zone creates an ultra-clean environment for product protection, where the remaining exhaust air is discharged out. An internal blower draws sufficient room air through the front grille to maintain a minimum calculated or measured average inflow velocity of at least 75 lfpm at the face opening of the cabinet. The supply air flows through a HEPA filter and provides particulate-free air to the work surface. Laminar airflow reduces turbulence in the work zone and minimizes the potential for cross contamination. An unducted Class II type A is not to be used for work involving volatile or toxic chemicals. The buildup chemical vapors in the cabinet (by re0circulated air) and in the laboratory (from exhaust air) could create health and safety hazards. Features : - Unique Bio Clean Dynamic Chamber™ plenum.
- Negative pressure plenum surrounds contaminated positive pressure plenum; no fabric bags are used.
- Dual, long-life ULPA filters for supply and exhaust (per IEST-RP-CC001.3) with 99.999% efficiency for particle size between 0.1 to 0.3 microns.
- Angled supply filter matches cabinet profile to achieve best down flow uniformity.
- Bio clean Sentinel™ microprocessor.
- Frame less, shatterproof sash is easier to clean.
- Ergonomically angled front improves reach and comfort.
- Actual work access height is 45 mm (1.8") higher than tested sash opening.
- Removable one-piece work surface simplifies cleaning.
- Raised airflow grille maintains safety by preventing blockage.
- Optional UV lamp is located behind control panel away from line of sight. (Does not apply to 1.8 m / 6' models.)
- Bio clean antimicrobial coating on all painted surfaces minimizes contamination.
- Enhanced side-capture zones optimize containment.
- Work area on Esco 0.9 meter (3') cabinet is equivalent to work area offered on larger 1.2 meter (4') conventional cabinet.
